Shipping Policy for By Mariangel's
Thank you for choosing By Mariangel's for your jewelry and accessories needs. We are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping and delivery experience. Please review our shipping policy below:
Shipping Locations: We ship orders from our operations center in Tampa, Florida, USA, to all addresses within the United States, including Puerto Rico.
Processing Times:

In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock items are processed and shipped within 48 hours (Monday through Saturday) of receiving your order.

Custom/Personalized Orders: Custom orders require additional preparation time, which varies based on the complexity of the customization. Preparation begins after we receive all necessary personalization details and can take a minimum of 3 days to complete. The exact timeframe will be communicated to you during the order process.
Shipping Carriers and Delivery Times: We partner with reputable carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders. Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and destination. Typical delivery estimates are:

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.

Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions of the package, and your chosen shipping method.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.
Shipping Restrictions: For shipments to P.O. Boxes, you must select the USPS shipping option during checkout. Other carriers are not supported for these addresses. Also, We currently do not ship to international locations outside of the United States and Puerto Rico.
Delays and Issues: While we strive to meet our processing and delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays. Should this happen, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to collect the package, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
Damaged or Lost Shipments: In the rare event your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at bymariangels@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
